Tbh, a good thermos is key for soup on cold job days
Honestly, I bring soup in a thermos every day now. It stays hot for hours, perfect for eating between jobs. Ngl, it keeps my hands free and the van clean. Tbh, it's the best way to stay warm and fed on site.

Wait, it only lasted a week before it failed? That's shockingly bad even for a gas station buy. I figured those cheap ones might leak eventually, but a total failure that fast is just pathetic. You really do get what you pay for.

My coworker Jake bought a no-name thermos from a gas station. It worked fine for a week, then one morning it just poured all over his tool bag. He lost a whole lunch of chili and had to clean up for an hour. That story @holly_garcia posted about her friend's truck seat is exactly why I stick to known brands now. Jake learned the hard way that a few saved bucks isn't worth the mess and lost food. A good seal is everything when you're hauling soup around all day.
