The summer we could actually swim in Lake Erie again
Back in 2018, after years of algae blooms, we had a clear stretch for almost a month. It was just a good rain pattern and less farm runoff that year, but it felt like a real win. Has anyone seen a local spot near them get better like that?

That was just a lucky break, not real progress. The lake's still a mess most years.

Reminds me of the park cleanup last spring. They called it a success but the trash was back in a month.
