Used to spend 20 minutes scraping pans, now I just spray them down

I used to scrub every sheet pan by hand after service, took forever and killed my wrists. Switched to using a spray bottle with vinegar and water right when the pans come off the line, let them sit 5 minutes. Anybody else find a weird shortcut that made your life way easier in the kitchen?

Vinegar and water on hot pans really does anything?

Four years I spent scraping every damn pan like it was my job. Actually thought the vinegar thing was some hack nonsense. Tried it on a sheet pan covered in burned sugar from glazed carrots. Sprayed it heavy, let it sit while I broke down the walk-in. Came back, wiped it with a paper towel and it basically fell off. Same for grease spatter from bacon. Changed my whole closing routine.
