Our neighborhood cleanup hit a snag when the city dumpster got full

We were clearing brush from the park and the big bin filled up by noon. I called the public works number on the permit and they swapped it out in under an hour. Has anyone else had to deal with a fast-filling dumpster on a big project?

That "under an hour" swap is the real win here. @phoenix625 is right about projects always hitting snags, but how often does the fix actually work that fast? Makes me wonder if your city's public works is just unusually good.

Our last cleanup needed three dumpsters, which makes @wood.emery's point about good city crews.

Man, that's just how every big project goes in my experience.
