Rant: I tried asking a vague question versus a specific one on a forum last week and the results were night and day.

First I posted 'How do I fix my car?' in a mechanic group and got maybe two useless replies. Then I posted 'What's the torque spec for the oil pan drain plug on a 2015 Ford F-150 with the 5.0L?' and had three correct answers with links to the manual in under an hour. The difference was just being clear about what you actually need to know. Has anyone else found that super specific questions get you real help faster?

Yeah that's a great point. I've seen companies spend a ton on fancy features no one actually uses. Like that app that added AR filters when all people wanted was faster loading times. You gotta ask people what they really need, not just guess. Sometimes the simplest fix is what matters most.
