Celebrating a full year of catching the 7:15 express bus without a single miss!
It started last March when I was running late and saw the bus pull away from my stop in the rain. I decided then to set two phone alarms and pack my bag the night before. The key was moving my keys from my purse to a hook by the door so I stopped wasting five minutes looking for them every morning. Now my morning is so calm, I even have time to grab a coffee. Has anyone else found one tiny change that made your whole commute smoother?

Moving my keys was a game changer too. I also put my work badge and transit card on a lanyard right with them. That way I can grab the whole bundle on my way out. It sounds small, but not fumbling at the door saves that crucial minute.
