Hot take: my shears got wrecked at a bridal party in Sacramento
Was doing 6 updos for a bride at the Hyatt in Sacramento and the MOH grabbed my $220 shears to cut a ribbon. Cut paper, not hair. Sliced a chunk out of the edge and now every cut drags and snags. I keep a cheap pair in my kit for stuff like this now, but I'm still mad about those shears. Has anyone found a sharpener in the area who can actually fix a nicked blade?
