Overheard a guy at the hardware store say he fixes cracked phone screens with UV glue and a $20 kit from the mall. Always thought that was a scam.

Oh man, that totally works! I tried it once and ended up with a phone that looked like it had a permanent snail trail under the glass. My screen was more glue than pixel by the end. I think my mistake was doing it on my kitchen table while my cat was trying to help. You need surgeon hands for that stuff, not my shaky, coffee-fueled ones. What kind of phone was he fixing?

Haha @abby189, my cat tried to "help" me fix a laptop once and now the keyboard has permanent paw prints under the keys!
