Our marketing team printed 300 pages for a single draft last month. I find it unbelievable that with cloud storage and digital comments, anyone would choose paper. The courier costs to send those binders to remote members were insane. It feels like clinging to a broken process.

Reading about "clinging to a broken process" reminds me of my friend's design team. They used to print everything for client approvals until a huge rainstorm ruined a whole set of drafts in a taxi. Now they use shared folders and everyone saves time and stress.
