Threw $200 at a sonicator and it saved my career
So I got tired of my suction line clogging every 20 minutes on a job down in Galveston last month. I was cussing up a storm trying to rod it out with wire hangers. Spent $200 on a cheap ultrasonic cleaner from Amazon to run the screens and valves through after each shift. First week with it and I only had one slowdown the whole five days. Any of you guys try one of these things or do you just beat the clogs out with a hammer like I used to?

Blew my mind when I figured out the same trick with my dental lab equipment. Those little ultrasonic cleaners actually dissolve the sticky buildup that hammering just smooshes around. My assistant used to spend an hour scraping old stone off our vibrator trays and now she drops em in the bath during lunch and they come out spotless. Funny how the cheap ones work better than the medical grade stuff sometimes. Just don't put anything with glued on parts in there or you'll be piecing things back together.

Learned that one the hard way with my old jewelry cleaner. Dropped a favorite ring in there and came back to find the stone floating around like a goldfish in a bowl. Now I just use hot water and patience on anything with sentimental value.
