Back in 2010, I was struggling with stubborn milia on a client's cheeks.
After three frustrating sessions, I tried a very gentle, targeted extraction with a sterilized lancet after a long steam, which finally worked without scarring. It was a game changer for my approach to those tiny, deep-seated bumps. Has anyone else found a specific technique that finally cracked a persistent skin issue for you?

Oh man, milia are the worst. I had a client with them around the eyes and a tiny curved blade after a good steam was the only thing that did it. Why are they so stubborn?

Reminds me of trying to get old caulk out of a tight corner. It just refuses to budge cleanly.

Ever try a chemical exfoliant to break up the gunk first?
