I keep seeing estheticians skip the patch test for peels and it makes me nervous

At a local trade show in Austin last month, I watched three different demos where the tech just went straight for the full face application on a model. One was a 20% glycolic peel. I learned the hard way six years ago when a client had a bad reaction to a mandelic acid blend I didn't test first. It cost me a refund and a lot of trust. Are you all still doing patch tests behind the chair, or has that step fallen out of style?

Seriously? It's just a little acid.

Remember my buddy who said that, @wright.luna, before his bathtub melted.
