A client's horse went from a head-shaker to calm after we switched his shoeing schedule

He was getting shod every 8 weeks, but his feet were growing too fast and getting long. We moved him to a 6-week cycle and the change in his stride was immediate. Anyone else found a specific timing fix that solved a bigger behavior problem?

Six weeks for a horse? That's wild.

Is that even enough time?

Yeah, six weeks sounds short... but I got my old gelding trail-ready in about that time. Just kept the workouts really consistent.
