Can we talk about the 15,000 square foot warehouse job in Boise

I just finished the final walkthrough and realized we laid that entire LVT floor in 8 days with a crew of four. The project manager said he'd never seen a crew hit that pace without a single seam issue. Has anyone else pulled off a timeline that tight on a commercial glue-down install?

We did a 12,000 sq ft office with a three man crew in nine days last fall. The key for us was having all the material staged and cut lists ready before we even touched the glue. It just lets you move without stopping.

Ever try that on a residential job? We did a whole house floor like that last month and it felt like cheating. Just grab and go all day.
