Found out roses from Colombia sit in transit for 12 days before hitting my cooler
Read a study from the Flower Lab last week that said imported roses lose 40% of their vase life just from shipping delays. Has anyone else noticed customers complaining more about roses dying in 3 days instead of 7?

Customers have been grumbling at my shop too, those 3-day bouquets are a nightmare (and it's not like we can mark them up when they look like garbage on arrival).
