Rant: My accountant friend called my 'diversified' client list a huge risk

We were talking taxes and she pointed out that having 15 different one-off clients last quarter meant zero income stability. She said 'You're not diversified, you're just scattered.' It hit different coming from someone who sees the numbers. Anyone else get this advice and push back?
