I just counted the jars in my fridge door and the number is honestly embarrassing
I was looking for the mustard and realized I have 14 different jars and bottles of sauces and dressings... all opened, all half full. Found a bottle of teriyaki from 2022 in the back. It's a full-on condiment graveyard. How do you guys actually use this stuff up before it goes bad? I need a plan.

Condiment graveyard is the perfect way to put it. My fridge door looks the same, a total mess of half used bottles. Found some soy sauce that might be older than my dog. The weekly meal idea is smart, I should try that instead of just staring at the clutter.

What finally worked for me was a weekly "use it up" meal. I'd pick one sauce and plan a simple dinner around it, like just dumping a bottle of stir-fry sauce on chicken and veggies. It cleared out my fridge in a few weeks without much effort.

So you're telling me the secret to a clean fridge is just... pouring sauce on everything? I've been over here trying to make actual meals like a fool. My fridge is basically a condiment museum with some old lettuce as a guest exhibit, so I guess it's time to start glazing.
