Frozen veggies finally won me over after 30 years

I always thought fresh was the only way to go for taste and nutrition. Then last winter my mom brought over a bag of frozen green beans from Aldi ($1.29) and they were actually better than the sad fresh ones I had in the fridge. Has anyone else found a frozen veggie that beats fresh?
