I was driving home from work on Tuesday, just watching the numbers roll. I live in a suburb of Phoenix, and my commute is exactly 12 miles. As I turned onto my street, the odometer flipped to 111,111. The timing was so perfect it felt like a scripted event in a video game. I sat in my car for a minute just staring at the dashboard.
