Warning: I hit 50 showings on one house and still didn't sell it

Just wrapped up my 50th showing on a fixer-upper in Manchester last week. The price was right at $185k but we had foundation issues that scared off buyer after buyer. I kept thinking the next showing would be the one, but nope. Has anyone else run into a property that just refused to move no matter how many people walked through?

Oh wow, 50 showings is brutal! Maybe the problem isn't the foundation but the listing photos making it look worse than it really is (or not showing the true potential).

People get so focused on one big scary thing like a foundation crack that they forget everything else matters just as much. Bad pictures can make a house look like a money pit even if it's totally fine. I've seen places with ugly wallpaper and dark rooms sell for way under what they're worth just because nobody could picture living there. A fresh coat of paint and some better lighting can change the whole feel of a property. Sometimes it's the small stuff that kills a sale, not the structural stuff.

Fifty showings and no bites... that's wild even for a house with issues.
