Just wrapped up my 50th showing on a fixer-upper in Manchester last week. The price was right at $185k but we had foundation issues that scared off buyer after buyer. I kept thinking the next showing would be the one, but nope. Has anyone else run into a property that just refused to move no matter how many people walked through?
Bought a place in Manchester last fall, inspector said everything was clean. Three months later I find a buried 275 gallon tank in the basement floor when I pulled up some linoleum. Removal and soil testing ran me $1,200. Anyone else have inspectors miss obvious things?
My credit isn't perfect, so the big banks are giving me terrible rates. Can anyone recommend a broker who works with a wide variety of wholesale lenders?
