webuyhouseasis vs Offerpad for a quick sale in Kent?

I inherited a property in Kent that needs some serious updating. I want to offload it quickly without putting it on the market. I'm trying to decide between webuyhouseasis and Offerpad. Does anyone have experience comparing these two?

I looked into Offerpad earlier in 2026. Their initial offer was okay, but once they do their assessment, they tack on repair costs and a service fee that really eats into your net profit.

Agreed on the fees with the big ibuyers. A local cash buyer is usually a lot more straightforward if the house actually needs work.

I highly recommend going with webuyhouseasis instead. They don't do inspections at all, so the offer they give you is exactly what you get. Plus, they pay all the closing costs for sellers.
