Found out my portable hotspot gets perfect signal in the parking garage of the old shopping mall. Sat there for an hour last Tuesday eating a sandwich while my phone updated. It's quiet, no one bothers you, and the concrete seems to help. Sometimes the best spot has nothing to do with coffee or tables, just decent signal and a place to park.

Yeah the whole "wait for coffee" thing... it felt more deliberate somehow.

I used to want all the gear too, but now I see the best equipment is just showing up.
