My credit union's app versus my old big bank app, it's not even close

The big bank apps feel like they're built for show, not for use. My old one had a dozen menus just to find a simple transfer. The credit union version is clean. Two taps to pay a bill, clear labels, no junk ads. It's just a tool that works.
