My smoker's temp swings more than my mood, so I'm just awake all night staring at it.

@gray_lane, that bit about temp swinging more than your mood is too real. I mean, my focus is so shaky I'd probably get distracted and let the fire die out completely. Once I dozed off and ended up with meat tougher than my last job review. Maybe staring at it all night isn't the worst plan.
