I once saw asking for help as a career flaw, but now I know it's a strength
I always thought that if I asked for help at work, people would see me as not good enough. This made me try to do everything alone, even when I was stuck. Then, during a tough task, I watched a coworker ask for tips and get praised for it. I tried asking my boss for input on a report, and she gave me advice that made it much better. Now, I see that getting help speeds up learning and shows you want to grow. It has led to more trust from my team and even a promotion last year. Why keep struggling alone when a simple question can change things?
