Rant: A customer in Boulder insisted his vintage 10-speed needed a $300 wheel true, but the rim was just toast.
Last week, I spent 45 minutes explaining that no amount of spoke tension would fix a bent alloy rim from 1982. Anyone else get tired of trying to save parts that are clearly done for?
