Man that's wild... same thing happened to me when I was looking for a car loan last year. Big bank had me at like 9% and the credit union down the street gave me 6.2% with basically no hassle. Feels like they just don't want our business sometimes.

Oh man, tell me about it! I spent like a year just hacking away at my knives at some random angle and wondering why they never stayed sharp. Once I actually sat down and figured out the right angle for my specific knives (20 degrees for most of them, if I remember right), it was night and day. It's honestly addictive once you get it, I just stand around looking for stuff to cut now, it's a problem. And then you start obsessing about the sharpening stone grit and it's a whole other rabbit hole.

My buddy swears by bokashi buckets for his whole raw diet dog's waste and said the meat scraps vanish in 2 weeks underground. He digs a foot deep and just rotates spots.

HEY now, I gotta push back a little on that! I've been running one of those cheap Amazon mist blowers for three seasons now on my five acre orchard and honestly it's been fine. Yeah it's not gonna last forever but for $80 it does the job if you take the time to dial in the mixture right. I think people blame the equipment when really it's user error half the time. You gotta shake the tank every few minutes or the copper settles and clogs everything up. That Solo 475 is nice gear no doubt but not everyone has $250 to drop on a used sprayer either.
