Warning: my bench time on a Dell Optiplex 7090 dropped from 45 minutes to 15 after I started using a magnetic tray for the screws.
Has anyone else found a simple tool that cut their repair time by more than half?

Yeah, a magnetic tray is a game changer. I got one of those little parts organizers with the flip lids, and like leerobinson said about the screws slowing you down, it cut my time on those old SFF builds way down. No more hunting for that one tiny screw that rolled away.
