My whole Tuesday felt like a broken record that kept skipping back

Last Tuesday, I was driving to work on the same route I take every day. I passed the blue house with the red truck, then the big oak tree. I blinked, and I was back at the blue house again. Same red truck. Same everything. It happened three times in a row. I checked the clock and it jumped back 5 minutes each time. I finally got to work and my coworker, Dave, said he saw a dog walk by our window three times too. Same dog, same collar. We just looked at each other. Has anyone else had a day where time just seemed to loop on itself like that?

That's wild about the clock jumping back. I had a similar thing happen once where I kept hearing the same song on the radio every time I changed the station. It was an old song too, not even a new hit they'd be playing on repeat. Made the whole drive feel super strange.

Read a weird article once about "time slips" (people swear they happen). It talked about that exact thing, like seeing the same car pass twice or hearing a phone ring that already stopped. The theory was it's just a brain glitch, but it sure feels real when it's happening to you.

Man, that clock thing would have freaked me right out. I had a day last month where I kept hearing the same exact noise from a pipe in the wall, like a loud clunk, every ten minutes for hours. Drove me up the wall trying to figure it out. It makes you feel like you're losing it for a bit.
