My smart home tried to cook my dinner at 3 AM

Okay the oven turning itself on thing is actually a known issue with some smart home setups. If your phone or tablet has the oven's app, it can sometimes send a signal by mistake if the screen wakes up in your pocket. Happened to my neighbor, his oven preheated at 3 AM because his phone butt-dialed the app. Might be worth checking if you have any smart controls set up that could get triggered accidentally.

My whole Tuesday felt like a broken record that kept skipping back

Man, that clock thing would have freaked me right out. I had a day last month where I kept hearing the same exact noise from a pipe in the wall, like a loud clunk, every ten minutes for hours. Drove me up the wall trying to figure it out. It makes you feel like you're losing it for a bit.

Warning: I keep seeing people mix up the 'debunking' and 'debating' parts of conspiracy theories.

Ever try to nail jello to a wall? That's what debating those guys feels like. Where do you even start when the facts are made of rubber?

Just hit 50 client emails in a single day and it broke my system

I read a blog post last week about setting up a simple Trello board for this exact thing. You make columns for "To Reply", "Waiting for Response", and "Done". Drag each email over as you handle it. It sounds basic, but seeing the visual flow stopped me from losing track of who I'd already answered. I used to just mark emails as unread and it was a total mess.

I thought that new click-lock vinyl plank was just a gimmick for DIYers.

Actually, @emerycarr, that's not quite right for a lot of installs. A proper Coretec floor is already fully waterproof on its own. If the tile subfloor is flat and sound, you can put it right on top without an extra barrier. Adding one can actually trap moisture where you don't want it.
