inFrom my shop: Overtightening laptop screws is a hidden disaster
Learned to stop over-tightening after I cracked a hinge on my own laptop. Used to give it that extra "just in case" turn, which was always a mistake. Now I stop as soon as the screw seats properly. No more broken plastic parts, and everything stays together fine. It's all about feeling the resistance, not fighting it.

inSpotting a shift towards forgotten historic sites over crowded museums
Why do quiet places like old forts grab us now? I used to be all about the big museums, thought they had everything. But last year I stumbled on a forgotten railroad station in the woods. Seeing the rusted tracks and broken windows, you could almost hear the trains. That beat any crowded exhibit hall for me. Changed how I see these trips completely.
