Found a laptop priced way too low and bought it, but the guilt is kicking in
So, I had this $1000 set aside in my tech budget for a new laptop, and I was browsing online last night when I stumbled on a store listing it for only $500. I didn't think twice and bought it, felt like a total budgeting win. But this morning, I checked other sites and the same model is everywhere for double the price, so it's clearly a mistake. Now I'm stuck because part of me is thrilled I saved half my budget, and that money could go toward my car payment. But then I keep imagining some employee getting yelled at or even fired over this glitch, which makes me feel pretty bad. It's like, where's the line between being smart with money and taking advantage of someone's error? Have you guys ever faced something like this? I'm curious how others would handle it.
