inI thought layer management in CAD was a waste of time, but it saved my draft from a major flaw.
Hey @charliej52, locking layers avoids those oops moments... trust me.

inDigging through the attic, I found my mom's old French press. It made me remember when that was all we needed for good coffee.
It's weird how manual that whole process feels now, right? Like we had to actually wait for coffee instead of pushing a button.

inUnpopular opinion: Hand-built wheels are still the best method
But what about the big picture? Factories use machines that cut aluminum with very little error (way less than hand methods, you know). When you make thousands of wheels, the waste per wheel actually goes down because the process is so tuned. People often forget that set-up costs are spread out over many units. So, in the end, factory methods might save aluminum, not waste it. That's just how mass production works.

inUpdate: Picked up ground-penetrating radar basics. Scanned my backyard. Got weird readings. What next?
That must be driving you crazy with curiosity... part of me wants to say just start digging, but the other part knows benb62 isn't totally wrong. Maybe do a little more homework first so you don't hit a water line.

Keep the art, but use a phone note for shopping.
